Le faisceau est ici en cours de "déroulage". Jef a commencé par la le circuit d'essence&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;(double circuit, injection oblige). On voit ci-dessous la pompe&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;à essence et le filtre fixés à l'aide de bagues d'échappement&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;sur une platine rectangulaire, elle-même montée sur silent-blocks&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;sur le longeron. 2) créer une caissonnage au niveau de l'allumeur, car celui-ci touchait la cloison pare-feu à cause de la position très en arrière du moteur.

Le passage de boîte ayant été élargi, Jef est passé au caissonnage.
Première étape : découper un carré suffisamment grand pour pouvoir faire de la place pour l'allumeur, et surtout pour pouvoir le démonter sans avoir à décoquer !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5023730695632054258" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_sxacoKY2pEo/Rbfgc2hf5_I/AAAAAAAAAAg/x0mZbJqI6c8/s400/Firewall+hole+01.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;Deuxième étape : pour faire un peu plus esthétique, nous décidons d'élargir le trou en biais, parallèllement aux nervures de la cloison (les tracés sont visibles sur la photo ci-dessus).Ensuite, il faut reboucher le trou en utilisant le carré précédemment découpé comme fond, pour conserver les nervures. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;
Après quelques heures (merci jf), voilà ce que ça donne "brut de décoffrage" :&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5023731786553747458" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_sxacoKY2pEo/RbfhcWhf6AI/AAAAAAAAAAo/z7Xo-6s0qss/s400/Firewall+hole+01+bis.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;p align="center"&gt;L'échancrure fait 45 mm de profondeur. Avec un peu de finition, ce sera très bien. Il faudra également reprendre l'arrondi du passage de boîte pas tout-à-fait symétrique.

Le 32 coupé de Tania a retrouvé ses jantes, et nous avons montés - toujours temporairement - des jantes Boyd Coddington sur le roadster...
